We’ve always loved gin — the ritual of making a cocktail, the clink of ice, the way botanicals unfold in the glass. For us, it’s more than a drink; it’s a craft, a moment, and a reminder to slow down and enjoy what’s in front of you.
East Pole was born from that love. From a curiosity to see how far we could push flavour — to create gins that feel familiar yet surprising, classic yet distinctly our own.
We spent months experimenting with native fruits, herbs, and spices, chasing balance and depth in every batch. Every small decision — from the botanicals we choose to the way we distil — is made with care and a sense of adventure.
This is our way of celebrating gin: bright, balanced, and beautifully drinkable.
